Self-criticism

Personal

A reflexive attitude of a person to himself, the ability to independently search for errors and evaluate the qualities, results of his own work —an integral part of every person’s life. But sometimes self-criticism can be excessively cruel and overwhelming, which affects the state of a person, ceases to be an objective factor for self-improvement and affects the satisfaction from the work done.

Most creative people are faced with excessive self-criticism, which sometimes grows into self-flagellation, which in turn generates doubts in achieving some satisfactory results.

How often do you criticize yourself?
